MCUF is an organic garden, which grows according to naturally occurring biological cycles, without chemical additives. It is a closed ecological system where resources are cycled through the system conservatively to conserve them for future generations. Some methods used at MCUF are intercropping, cover crops, hydroponics, and raised-bed gardening.
In addition to learning about the fascinating methods used at an organic farm, I tested out AMF on lettuce and tomato in two separate raised beds to see the differences between inoculated and uninoculated plants. The experiment yielded excellent results. Photos are taken every week, and the progress is documented below.
